FAQ

Q. I have a 1D gel band that I would like to identify the proteins from. What is the cost to do this?

A: For this type of sample we would perform a digest, analyze with a short gradient and then run a database search. You would then receive a report indicating the proteins identified within a given cut off.

Digestion $20
LC/MS/MS Short Gradient $200
Data Analysis (1 hr included)$0
Total $220 per sample

Q: We are interested in changes that may occur in the liver of mice +/- drug treatment. How much would this cost?

A: Please contact Daniela Schlatzer to discuss feasibility at 216-368-4014 or daniela.schlatzer@case.edu.

Q: We are interested in Phosphoproteome changes in cells that have been exposed to hypoxia. How much would this cost?

A: Please contact Daniela Schlatzer at 216-368-4014 or daniela.schlatzer@case.edu to discuss the project and pricing.

Q: We are interested in understanding the conformational changes in a protein when bound to a drug. How much would this cost?

A: Please contact Janna Kiselar at 216-368-0979 or janna.kiselar@case.edu to discuss the project and pricing.
